went to an appleseed cast and copeland show the other night. it was a really wonderful show, and i love how copeland sounds exactly the same live. and he was so charming on stage too.
and i come home on thursday!!!

so i'm coming home december 14-20 for alex's wedding and to celebrate christmas with my family. i wanna hang out! you know who you guys are! i'm so excited!

so i figured i'd update since it's been a while... i got a new job at a spa called lather spa... check out the website @ latherspa.com. it's a really cool place, very chill, and 100% different from the salon. everyone's really laid back and so nice. there's only a couple people around my age there and the rest are older, which is good because they don't start drama and hate on you for no reason. and there's only like 12 people total that work there, like the aestheticians and massage therapists. i've gotten a facial and a massage so far, for free, and i can say i'm addicted, lol. and today i got my hair cut by a really cool guy who used to work at warren tricomi with me, but now he works at the rita hazan salon on 5th ave, which is also 100% better than wt. they did britney spears' hair last week and tons of other celebs go there... not like the reality tv "celebs" who went to wt. i'm glad i got the hook up there. and last but not least, i'm coming home from the 14th-20th of december for alex's wedding. the spa actually gave me the whole week off instead of stupid wt that was giving me 3 days. so i'm super excited about that! and after the holidays i'm gonna start coming home for long weekends every month and a half or so... i've been away for too long.

so i thought i would update a little since i haven't since i moved up here. i got a job at the warren-tricomi salon on 57th and 5th... right next to bergdorf's, louis vuitton, coach, prada, tiffany's, etc... all the big wigs come to the salon. donald trump and all of his family come in there regularly, so do the gastineau girls and a few other reality tv people like lc and heidi from laguna beach, and sophia bush does too for events she does in nyc. she's the nicest person! plus i get all the cool perks too... everything done for free. and you can definitely tell the different between a hair cut you would get back in florida, and one you would get here and pay $200 for. and hair color here would run you about $300 too. i guess you get what you pay for! my parents just left a couple of weeks ago from bringing all my clothes and furniture up to set up the apartment. it's so cute! i will post pics within the next couple of days also. and city life is good... the weather is starting to cool off, which makes me very happy. my mom and her cousin (who is like an aunt to me) are coming in a month for 5 days... we're gonna sight-see and i'm going to have them pampered at the salon... and kim wants to go to regis & kelly, so we'll try to do that too. and i'm coming home in december, but only for 3 days to be in alex's wedding, because i couldn't get more time off of work because that's the busiest month of the whole year with all the christmas parties and all... so i will come back home probably in january or february for a week or so to hang with everyone! <33

so i'm in new york now. i could really call this place my home... it's wonderful. it truly is the city that never sleeps. there are more people crowded onto the subway between 1 and 2 in the morning than there is at rush hour time. i had my interview yesterday, went pretty good, i guess. i have another one on monday for another showroom... we'll see. for now i'm just relaxing and getting used to this city life... 100% different than florida, but i love it. i can't wait for people to start coming to visit!

EXCITING. my dad has made 3 cheesecakes and also pretty much the most awesome birthday cake i've ever seen... has a cityscape on it. pictures will come soon.

so i have an interview the 26th, the day after i get to nyc, for a fashion showroom who sells their [very cute] products to buyers for big name stores. wish me luck! i feel a little less nervous now about going since i have an interview... and another showroom wants me to call them when i get there to set up an interview with them too.

so dustin's coming home next wednesday! i'm so excited i am driving myself crazy...
my parents rented a condo in orlando for the weekend he comes and we're gonna go to typhoon lagoon, since we havent been in a long time, and we're just gonna lay out and relax by the pool at the condo and stuff.
ANDDDDD in august after i move up we're seeing dashboard at radio city music hall! they're coming to HOB on my birthday actually, but i wanna see them with dustin.
